Building Permits
Permits are required from the Building Inspector/Code Enforcement Officer for additions, fences, swimming pools, accessory buildings, sheds, decks and driveways/aprons.  HOA approvals should be obtained and submitted with permit applications.   All necessary permits required must be obtained prior to construction.

Landfill Permit

Where do I obtain a landfill permit?  You come to the Town Hall and provide your name, address and license plate number to the Town Clerk and a permit will be issued.
