The Planning Board is where you would need to go if you plan on changing your land use.
Applications are required for the following:
Site Plan (Change in Land Use), Sub-Division (Subdivision of Property), Boundary Line Adjustments, Variance to a Building Code & Non-Jurisdictional Affidavit
Meetings are held the 1st Monday of every month at 7:00 p.m. Unless there is a holiday in which case it would be held on the 2nd Monday.
